Philosophy of Supervision
I love supervision! Having been fortunate enough to study under some true masters in the field both domestically and internationally, I incorporate many lenses when helping develop clinical skills. I believe that the person-of-the-therapist is incredibly relevant in clinical work, and strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and non-judgment where culturally informed clinical care can be openly discussed, challenged, and enhanced. Supervision is ideally more than the teaching of techniques.
